Cliff Park High School
Our students want a diploma, but they also want engaging classes where they can explore the world around them. Our science classes are an especially great way for our students to have hands-on learning focused on real-world topics. Cliff Park High School is a unique high school serving students ages 15-21 who have been failed by traditional schools.

We know that every student learns differently. Our approach is to understand what each student needs to succeed and help them chart a path to graduation. Our flexible school hours, individualized learning plans, and lots of support from caring teachers allow each student to work at their own pace, earning credits towards graduation as quickly as they can or as slowly as they need to.
Services
Our enrollment specialist, Christine Brandy, is deeply committed to the success of our students. She works hard to make sure that each new student feels welcomed and supported, and continues to follow up and support them throughout the school year. Whether you're looking to get back in school or graduate early, we can help you earn your high school diploma, not just a GED.
After earning his high school diploma from Cliff Park last year, Bailey Blanton was able to get a job at Benjamin Steel starting at $13.50 per hour. While our graduation rates and state test scores are important, our biggest successes are our students. Seeing their faces light up when they realize they finally have a teacher who believes in them.
I'm Jeff Waechter, the Director of Cliff Park High School. I've been with Cliff Park since we came over from our old location in 2013. I've been in education since 2010 and have worked in several school districts around Ohio. I graduated with my teaching degree from the University of Rio Grande and earned my master's degree at Ohio University.
As an independent nonprofit organization, Cliff Park High School is governed by a dedicated group of community leaders who put our students' needs first, provide fiduciary oversight of public funds, and ensure compliance with all policies required by the Ohio Department of Education. The Cliff Park High School Board will meet on the dates below.
We know that students need more than just academic skills to succeed in life. That's why we're proud to partner with Kingdom Vision Outreach who provides weekly mentoring to our students. Their 30-point mentoring plan is designed to help our youth develop and achieve their goals in school and beyond.

When Ms. Elliott was there it was the best school. I graduated from this school in 2014 and all the staff was amazing. I would go back in a heart beat if everything was back to normal and Ms Cordova, Elliott etc were back. :(
Thank you all great teachers there for your time and dedication to help us graduate.
