So, it is my first day experiencing the amazingness of this company, and I am IMPRESSED. My first delivery arrived yesterday and on time, and all the meals looked and smelled amazing. Today, I was hoping they tasted as good as they looked, and sure enough, it did! Like, how does plain brown rice taste amazing?! It was perfectly salted and the perfect texture. Not to mention, the bbq chicken and protein pancakes were amazing, too. Also, all the meals are only $7!! What?! The only thing is, I wish they delivered multiple times a week so I didn’t have to freeze my Thursday and Friday meals before

I try to cancel my subscription and they were getting ready to change me for a meal prep I clearly didn’t authorize. They changed the menu and instead of contacting me via email or phone, they sent me something I’m allergic to. Be careful. Signing up for the subscription is not worth it. Buy weekly so you are ensured to get what you ordered. I spoke to a Cassandra last week. She apparently didn’t cancel my order after exchanging emails. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

We have been so happy with Ideal Nutrition from meal selection to customer service. The meals are awesome and we love that there are vegan/vegetarian options as my husband and I eat differently. These meals are convenient and tasty and keep the calories in check while filling you up. I recently had an account issue and contacted vis the online chat. Jeunesse was my representative and my missed was taken care of in less than 30 seconds! The customer service from this company has been top-notch every time I have had a question or need. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company for your prepared, delivered

I enjoy having a subscription at Ideal Nutrition so much. The meals come out wonderfully. I get to pick everything I'm interested in what I want to eat. A employee Jeunesse is awesome for helping and allowing me to write this review.

I travel quite a bit to Palm beach in the winter for work. I noticed their store front and decided to try some of their foods, I am now addicted! I am trying to stay under a certain amount of calories daily and this makes it so easy, no more guessing how many cals I'm consuming at restaurants. Protein breakfast burrito is so good as well as all the other meals I've tried.

Listen i am latin and know flavor, Ideal Nutrition has good, flavorful food. My other half is very picky, he's the one who orders it and he loved it. It does not upset our tummies and the portions are good. The ONLY THING we don't like is they only change out 6 new items per week and other than that they keep the same exact meals on rotation, so it's not enough variety, for that reason we removed 1 star, if they can switch up the meals more often and not keep such a stagnant meal lineup i think they would be even better. The food is fresh and "home cooked" tasting but after the 2nd or 3rd week

1st time in today and we have been doing our own meal prep. This was a welcome change and they had so much variety in their refrigerators. Will need to use the delivery service moving forward because it's a 45 minute drive from parkland but that should be even better. Meals were also very affordable.

This is my go to spot for picking up lunches for the week. At $7 a meal you can’t beat the price for the high quality of food. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable healthy meal at a good price. The sweet potato crusted chicken with coconut rice is by far my favorite. The flavor is always on point. Highly recommended.

The food is very good and fresh. It tastes nice and isn’t overly salty. I like how each box lists the ingredients and they are all whole foods. The food heats well in both the microwave and oven. Love it!
