BY FAR THE WORSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO NOT BACK THERE WARRANTY. I SUBMITTED SEVERAL PHOTOS SHOWING THE MATTRESS HAS DIPPED MORE THAN AN 1 1/2 INCHES AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. SEND MORE PICTURES, ETC. ITS A JOKE DO NOT BUY FROM SOFT TEX OR DEAL WITH CRYSTAL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

I purchased a Huntington Home 10" Memory Foam mattress @ Aldi in Easley. After a bit of research discovered this is made by Soft-Tex International who also makes a variety of products including an entire range of mattresses, pillows, toppers, bath mats, etc. Well, I didn't know this at the time of purchase and made the purchase solely on my trust in products Aldi endorses/sells.
As such, the box that it came it was wonderful because there was a handle to help push/pull it around and 4 wheels underneath to roll it around. My husband is disabled and was not able to assist me but I did get a friend

I ordered a Sensor Gel mattress topper from Macy's last week and today I got a box from Soft Tex today with a topper. It does not say Sensor Gel on the topper label only Soft Tex. Furthermore the warranty paper say there is a limited warranty but no time period is mentioned. When I called this company today they said it is a 15 year warranty but when I asked where does it say this on the topper or the box and I was told it is not specified. Why is that? This seems like a shabby way to do business. I So far I am not impressed.

When I purchased my nanotex fabric bed topper I was so excited. I have a bad back and always cold so I figured this product would be perfect. Once I tried cleaning the topper it was a nightmare, the stains became larger and more disgusting.Customer service didn't offer any help however I will never purchase this product again.

Soft-Tex is a great company to work for and also produces the best sleep products. For years prior to starting, I struggled to find the right pillow for me and now that I have a Soft-Tex pillow it has truly been a game changer allowing me to sleep better through the night and toss and turn much less.
