The sales people were very helpful, gave practical suggestions, and were no pressure. They were also really quick. Maybe I just had lucky timing to walk in when they were free, but they were able to deliver and set up the bed immediately. I needed it for my father at his assisted living residence, and Mattress Xpress was so accommodating that he was napping in it 45 minutes after I walked out of the store. Really terrific service, thank you! 😀

Lots of selection. Knowledgeable staff who helped me identify about a half dozen choices. Delivery the next day by courteous young people who you are comfortable to have in your home. Very competitive pricing.

We had a very nice experience with Mattress Xpress and recommend shopping with them if you are looking for a nice mattress with very good price. Norman helped us with the selection and has always been very very friendly and patient. We actually exchanged the first mattress we picked with another one that we liked better and the process was very smooth. They are people who really care about the customers.The delivery guys are also really friendly and did it nicely.
