I came to EFT like many people with a level of skepticism that it would not work.
I received my Ph. Psychology (now Sofia University) in Palo Alto, CA. Psychotherapy training, I also have training in the Enneagram (personality system) and Dreamwork. I have completed 1000 supervised clinical hours in Psychotherapy. Although I have an extensive background in Psychotherapy that informs my work, the work I offer is Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
People come to Hypnotherapy for a variety of reasons. Usually, it is because they have some level of pain or difficulty in their life that they would like to change. Sometimes, it is simply to make an already wonderful life even better.
