Semi-permanent lash extensions are made up of a flexible fiber that mimic the shape and feel of natural eyelashes. I booked an appointment from the other side of the country and my calendar showed it as my appointment was later in the day PST. I TOTALLY missed my appointment. Which was all my fault, but when I got my courtesy call about 20 minutes after my actual appointment time they were kind and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I felt super awful, and still do to waste their time. But I cannot believe how nice they were and booked me for a different time. 5 stars to these ladies!
