Our cancellation policy is 12 hours notice for a cancelled appointment. Late notice is subject to a $25 booking fee per appointment. Not showing up for your appointment with no notice is subject to 100% of the appointment fee charged, and will require future appointments to be prepaid.

Services
Get the best of both worlds with a hybrid set of lashes. Our technicians will custom make volume fans to suit your eye shape and mix in classic extensions to give you full lashes with a little extra oomph. Volume Set utilizes light individual lashes which allows multiple eyelash extensions to be applied to each natural eyelash.
Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique. During the procedure your technician will use a special blade (a dermaplaning blade) to remove the top layer of skin. This will assist with the treatment of hyperpigmentation and scarring as well as diminish fine lines and wrinkles.
The peach fuzz from the surface of your face will also be removed during the procedure, allowing for smoother makeup application and better absorption of products into your skin.First your skin will be cleansed to remove any makeup or debris. Then your technician will use alcohol pads to dry your skin out.

I’ve used pretty much all the techs to get my lashes done and they’ve always been absolutely perfect. Carman is now my go too and she is amazing. I tried to call this business and let them know i was going to be late due to the fact my uber took me to the wrong destination. Not only did i call but my boyfriend and friend called from their phones trying to get in touch with them. No one could get an answer yet they charged me $50. I understand i was late and would be charged a late fee but when i try to get in contact with you multiple times and theres no one answering, I find it very unprofessional

I just had my lashes done at Flawless by Acadia. I am so happy the service was great and my lashes look FANTASTIC! Since moving back to Cleveland from NYC I have had a hard time finding a premier lash salon. Thankfully my search is over. Acadia is a real pro and she really takes her time to ensure that your lashes really are "flawless". I can be a little squeamish but Acadia has a really light touch, I even fell asleep during the service which never happens.

Acadia did my lashes and they turned out so great! I did a glamour set which looks natural but a little more volume than the classic set so it looks like I have nice mascara on. She was so nice and professional and I can’t wait to go back for my refills!

I wish I could give Shauna & Flawless Lashes 10 stars! Her lashes are always beautiful and full! She’s also super accommodating if a scheduling problem occurs. I’ve been going to her for almost 4yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The business is extremely clean and all of the employees are friendly and professional.
