Approximately three minutes into browsing bands on The Knot, we found RoM and couldn't imagine finding a better band to perform at our wedding--their live performance videos and extensive song list options had us instantly hooked. The center piece of our wedding was the BAND. RoM was our live music for the Ceremony (electric violin), 3 piece during the Cocktail Hour 90 minutes, a 9-piece band with 5 vocalists I hand picked for the 4 hour Reception, and then DJ+3 piece for the After Party. Every part of the experience was worth every penny, and I would rate them with all the stars in the sky if I could.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Republic of Music play during our wedding. The energy they bring truly changed the evening and had everyone up on their feet all night long. Tianna was extremely helpful and accommodating when planning our set list. We requested a couple songs the band did not know, and they were more than willing to learn them in time for the wedding. We had ROM play beautiful string instruments during our ceremony creating an elegant and beautiful atmosphere. Tiana was so helpful and collaborative in choosing the experience we wanted, including the set list and band members. While we had ideas of what we wanted (make our 30-something guests want to spend the whole night on the dance floor), she was an expert in translating that into details the band needed. Even when we blew a fuze (our wedding outdoors at a summer camp), they kept going through the outage and turned it into an epic experience!

If you are reading this, you found the perfect band for your upcoming event. Look no further! My wife and I had to delay our wedding a full year due to COVID. Live music is one of our shared favorite things so having a great band was very important to us. Republic of Music exceeded all expectations! Tiana was easy to work with and thorough to ensure every detail was met. Our guest could not get over how amazing the band was. By far the biggest compliment we received from everyone the next day. They bring a ton of ENERGY and sound great while performing. 10/10 recommend

Republic of Music was amazing!!! They know to bring the party! They were able to play different genres of music as requested, from Latin to pop to classical. They even learned our first dance song which was so special. We received so many positive comments from our guests. We highly recommend them for your next event! How can we put this... Amazing? Incredible? Absolutely unforgettable, memorable and hands down the best band to work with for your wedding. RoM was not only highly professional to work with- they completely made our wedding the most fun and special day not just for us- but for all of our guests who packed the dance floor. Tiana and team are a special group that understand how to rock the house, while also letting the wedding couple shine. Highly recommend and 100% would hire again.

Full version - We knew we wanted a band for our wedding so we spent a lot of time reviewing the various options and went to go see multiple bands play live before we settled on Republic of Music given (1) quality, (2) price, and (3) their desire and ability to play the entire night. Selecting ROM was the best decision we made for the wedding (maybe slightly behind our decision to get married in the first place but it's close). Starting from the beginning, the ROM team was extremely communicative (which can be rare in the industry). Tiana was supportive of all of our needs

Voices for Children had their 16th annual gala, Starry Starry Night, benefiting foster youth! We really wanted to do something different and bring an element of fun! We were blown away by Republic of Music!! From their attire, to their songs choices and guest interactions every single person at our fundraiser was beyond pleased! The founder of Voices for Children said it was the best gala she has ever been to and raved about how fun the band was!
