I lost a filling and called the office for treatment. 4 days later he finally sees me. Now understand that I'm in PAIN. Talks to me for a maximum of 5 minutes about how I need a root canal and he's referring me to someone else. I ask if there's anything he could do to help me and he says no, then charges me for an office visit. A complete lack of empathy for someone suffering . Otherwise the hygienists are competent and friendly , but not enough reason for me to ever go back.
