Do not do business with this company!! Poor management at all levels. Not customer focused or friendly. Outdated tools for managing associations and refusal to use the tools they do have. Lack of communication, follow up with critical or time sensitive issues. Does not take feedback on how to improve. Incompetent in advising or our association resulting in litigation issues. Stay away! This company is circling the drain.

Matrix has been of no help when I contacted them about excessive noise violations by my next door neighbor using table saw 8 hours/day while I'm working online from home, using this saw in our shared driveway 5ft from my home, sent them videos and they responded I need to get a decibel reader! I pay my HOA dues for 26 years, this is the Worst management co our Townsquare Townhouses in Livermore has ever had, working against homeowners, not supporting CCNRs noise rules!

Zero response ever, rampant parking issues, theft and destruction of property constant. They don't even follow their own rules documented on their website - wildly unprofessional.
Update: apartment sold in the last 3 months just had their motorcycle that was chained up stolen, not uncommon here. We pay yearly HOA but pool is only open for 4 months, no security cameras, no fobs no gates, nobody every gets caught for any crime here ever.

Only good with selling, but once it’s a management issue, you’ll be on your own. Most reviews here that were good were fake. It’s just a parking issue but will definitely give you a hard time. Most of our neighbors are trying to move out already because of the home owners association here have a really terrible management. Trying to get a new place now too.

Very happy that I was able to move out. Stay away from this greedy management, they will ask you to pay for a $100 parking fee but it is not guaranteed that you will receive a spot. Then a few months later, they will ask you to get another permit but with different rules, another payment, and etc. The HOA fee keeps on increasing too, but nothing is improving. This is the only place where you can’t park in your house. Reviews here are all fake, and this association is corrupt.
