We had to replace our ancient furnace and air masters was able to do it quickly and cheerfully. The price was reasonable, and both Justin and the crew seemed very honest-not trying to upsell us. came out on a Saturday and did some beautiful custom sheet metal work, explained everything to us before they left, and were very clean and covid-19 safe. We are so much happier now with a comfortable house.

After WE Energies found the source of a gas leak in my condo, I reached out to Justin at Air Master. He called back (after hours) within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit at 9:00am the following morning. Matt showed up promptly at 9:00am, confirmed the specific parts needed with the office so they would be pulled when he left to get them. He returned promptly, made the necessary repair, checked his work, and also checked the remaining gas connections. Air Masters diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with my older gas furnace. I had another HVAC company do a service call on my furnace before Air Masters. They could not determine the exact problem, and just told me my furnace was 18 years old, and gave me a price quote for a new furnace. I wanted to know the reason of the furnace failure before buying a new one. So I spend the money on a 2nd service call, and called Air Masters who was recommended to me by a friend. Justin found the problem and fixed it, saving me thousands of dollars.
