911 Heating & Air originated in 2016 by brothers, Alex & Erik Peterson, two men in their 20s with a vision. A vision to own and operate a heating and cooling company that ACTUALLY cares about its customers. We are a company that doesn't use the traditional sale "tactics" that all the other companies use.

These guys are awesome! So attentive and fast and trustworthy. We had a radiator pipe break during "the polar vortex" and Alex came asap to help turn off the water and fix things up. Highly recommend! My house had never had Central Air before and we were tired of using window air conditioners. After contacting a few businesses, 911 Heating and Air was the business I chose to go with to install central air.

They installed a new high efficient furnace and a tankless water heater. I received notification of their arrival both at 30 minutes and 5 minutes prior to arrival. They were very respectful of my home, kept everything organized and cleaned and even walked me through what would occur. They were very informative of the process and provided recommendations on future maintenance. I highly recommend this team!

These guys live up to there name. Prompt precise & Very professional. He did a great job installing my my furnace. No mess and for a reasonable price. Then 2 yrs later I had an issue which was just a bees nest silly and I felt bad. But he was out the next day. Fixed the issue. Back in business with heat. Use this company I highly recommend it. Thanks again Alex.

Alex was communicative before arriving, prompt, and professional. A on-site quote turned into a rapid repair of baseboard heaters. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave good advice on upkeeping our boiler. I'd highly recommend 911 Heating to anyone in the Milwaukee area!

I can't recommend this place enough! Alex and his crew replaced our h/vac system last summer in the middle of a heat wave. Because of some unforeseen issues they ended up staying late and it took two days rather than one. Not only did he bring us portable a/c units for the night, he installed them, returned early the next morning and had it up and running that afternoon at no extra charge! We were very impressed and should've written a review back then. We did however, recommend them to two friends and also the business where I work and everyone says the same thing! I'm here

Jefferson and Alex at 911 are THE best in the business. Our family came home after Christmas and discovered our furnace wasn’t working on a Sunday afternoon.
Jefferson stopped at our house and helped coach/teach us through deciding if replacing or repairing our furnace would make the most sense given the type & age of unit and how long we planned to live in the house. Between 600PM Sunday and 130PM Monday, our furnace was evaluated, removed/replaced and the new one turned on. Will use them for future needs.

Alex is amazing. He's come out whenever I needed anything done with my boiler and radiant heating issues (which is a lot in this old house). He knows my system like the back of his hand now and can easily diagnose and fix any problems. He's a wizz with both the plumbing and the electrical. Always a pleasure to have over as well. I have used Alex/911 Heating for replacing the two furnaces and a/c at my house. He explained to me that for a small amount extra, the better quality units were much more reliable (because most of the unit is made from parts from Japan - or is it made in Japan? I don't recall) than the typical units, some of which might have Chinese made components. I hope they are as reliable as he said they would be. Time will tell.
