Apex Primary Care

Our personal care attendants provide non-medical services to patients within their home. Apex is committed to providing quality and compatibility when pairing our staff with each patient. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care within the home, allowing the patient to continue to be an active member within the community.

APEX has identified Remote Patient Technology, as a key tool for physicians to work with their patients. By daily monitoring the patients' blood pressure levels or blood glucose levels - the attending physician can both monitor the patient medical condition and evaluate the effectiveness of the pharmacological interventions - as part of the patient's plan of care.

APEX is a community care organization, who is Veteran owned and Veteran managed. As such, both - the owner and the organization are very Veteran focused and orientated. Just as the Owner / CEO struggled to find his place, within the community, the APEX organization is keenly focused on satisfying the needs of our Veterans, as they search for a secure existence, within the community where they reside.

Since 1999, we've worked with ten of thousands of Seniors, in the Rio Grande Valley - who have chosen APEX to support their needs of nutrition, hygiene, medical access and companionship, assisting them in staying active within their communities and living out their years with dignity and purpose.

We have advocated for the community and for the industry, through the participation in dialogue with Governmental Leaders, the Legislative Process, Managed Care Organizations and serving in leadership roles within Trade Associations.

Eric Flores, RN was born in rural Edinburg, Texas. After his High School graduation, he joined the US Army, was trained and excelled in his leadership skills. He was selected to serve as the Attache to a General, and helped to both advise on multiple issues and execute orders and directives, to higher ranking officers.
