Instead of meeting deductibles and co-pays, you pay one monthly fee that grants you unlimited visits as well as communication by text, email, and live video visits right from the comfort of your home.

Mr. Michael Menchaca is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner raised in the Rio Grande Valley, originally born in Harlingen, Texas.
We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. With DPC, we contract directly with you for a low monthly fee. We push the insurance company aside so that it is just you and your nurse practitioner making healthcare decisions and not your insurance company. Often, clinics, are tied down by insurance contracts and aren't allowed to legally find better pricing or savings for you.

We are very spoiled with Amenity Direct Care is what I love to say! We have been members for quite some time and even though we have BCBS with other providers, it does not compare to the quality care we always receive and not to mention the little to no wait time. Being a working mom of 4, time is precious and with them I know I will never have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. Michael and Angela always come to the rescue when we need it and are available 24/7, even when we are out of town. The best thing about them is the constant follow up after the appointment to make sure the course

Amenity has truly set a standard when it comes to customer service and patient care. They pay attention to detail and demonstrate that our wellbeing is important. Our 14 month old had such and easy visit as Mr. Menchaca made her feel very comfortable and was very patient. They really provide an experience everyone should consider.

I have been treated by both Mr. and Mrs. Menchaca and I loved it. They are so kind and understanding. I really enjoyed that there is little to no wait to be seen. They easily work with your schedule to get u an appointment, which is so nice for a busy mom like me. Miranda is also so helpful she makes scheduling so easy and she updates u on upcoming appointment. I am so happy the Amenity team has my back.

I have been a patient of Amenity for almost 2 years now and they are the best! Mr. And Mrs. Menchaca have both helped me tremendously. They take their time with all clients and aren’t rushing. They provide excellent service and have a lot of knowledge. Nurse Campos is wonderful there at Amenity as well! I’m so glad i was referred to them!
