Driver failed to secure a door on a wreck. The door flew off at my car while the driver was driving. When I called the company to inform them my mind was not eased as I was just informed that he will "get on to the driver." My family almost lost their life due to their unprofessional behaviour (wrecker was driving erratically, randomly switching lanes.) We had to get off the road to avoid being hit by a flying car door which I then had to remove from the roadway because the wrecker kept driving for another mile. My response was to you attempting to rush me out the lot when I already waited on you an hour. You told me it would be a few minutes to your arrival and the young lady you sent didn't have the keys. I'm not into tongue wrestling with people. Just be friendly, patient, and courteous to your customers. Even if they are your competitors.

Thanks for making things right with me and my ol’ trailer, Tip Tow. You guys went above and beyond to resolve the problem I had with my trailer. Once they realized the situation I had put my self in, the owners went out of their way to help me anyway they could and I was able to get my vehicle back so I can get back to work. Thank you y’all.

I was in a auto accident recently and it was my first ever. I was so frightened but thankful I was able to walk away in my own. But I have to give Praise to Jimmy (Jr) Blount. I prescheduled the movement of a vehicle to storage. We left the time open for flexibility. I got a call and a time a good two hours before and everything went great. He took great care of the vehicle and even help me open and spread a tarp over it. Highly recommended

I was coming home from a car show with my classic car and it stopped running for no reason that I could figure out at the time. A Good Samaritan came by he said they knew a wrecker company that they trusted. Evan just moved in the area I called that number. Even though it was 10:00 at night the owner and his wife came out told me to my home for a reasonable fee. Very nice people willing to help.

My friend's car was impounded here. very unfriendly staff. They hung up on us on numerous occasions. They told us to come and get the car, however, once we stated we were already at the lot they told us we could no longer get the car. When we tried to call back after the hung up on us AGAIN we were given attitude and literally told to stop calling. We ended up having to get the police involved. One of the WORST experiences I have ever had. And I never leave reviews but this service was so bad it had to be noted. If it were possible I would leave 0 stars.
