I have been a long time customer of Lizzy’s and I recommend them for many reasons, but the number one reason is because their customer service has ALWAYS been A-1. So many other businesses have forgotten the full service aspect of running a business. That is why Lizzy’s stands out. From the moment you enter their business, either Marysville or Arlington, you actually feel as if you are dealing with family. And that is something that unfortunately is so very rare anymore in business dealing anymore.

I visited the Wenatchee location a few months ago and Kamie was great with helping me pick out the ring to propose to my fiancé. She was so helpful and made my experience so great that I decided I wanted to go back to the same place for my wedding band. Mike helped me out on this one, I told him what I wanted and he helped me get a customized ring! We also got my fiancé’s wedding band here. I love this place, we will be visiting again for sure!!! We are so happy with our experience and our rings!!

Stopped by on a Saturday. Nice store with more unique items then you would find at a mall store. Met the owners Jimmy & Karlee (both have impressive jewelry on themselves). I learned it’s a family run business that goes back a couple generations. Location is corner of Palouse & Mission (near Liberty movies). Highly recommend.

Lizzy's is hands down one of the BEST places to find beautiful custom AND unique jewelry! My husband worked with Ellie to find the perfect sapphire for my engagement ring, and they even sent the gem to their jeweler to have it placed in a custom setting! My ring is unbelievably gorgeous, and they took such great care of us from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone.

Y’all!! I have been getting so many people ask where my ring is from... and here it is!!! Lizzy’s Jewelry is the BEST. the best customer service, the best rings and jewelry and the best people.
