After graduating cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 1992, Mr. Stevens attended law school at Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating in 1995. He began his career clerking for the Honorable Terry Butts on the Alabama Supreme Court, and after serving the Court for the year, joined the firm's practice in the central Alabama office in 1996.
