Paid for a service, that did not get done. Hired a new company to fix what FDU did. Trying to get a hold of someone was impossible. They did not care what I asked, even what the fire dept asked. this was Complete trash experience, horrible all around. NEVER AGAIN.

FDU has installed fire alarm system in a commercial building I manage. The initial bid was on a high side but within reason. The company is large and not well run and most of the time the left hand does not know what the right one is doing. They overpromise and underperform. Yet, somehow we got through most of the project albeit with much miscoordination and delays. They failed the first final fire inspection. Even though it was their fault, they attempted to charge me about $1,500 for the second final inspection. The trouble came at the end, three days before the second try at a final inspection

We used this company once and they failed two inspections, scheduled other jobs when they were supposed to be working on our project, and overcharged us in which case we are currently taking legal measures. Workers are decent but owners/management are the worse in all my years....

The reason why they charged additional was because it was more difficult than they expected to run the wiring from the main panels to the restaurant. Sorry, but you should know how to bid properly and also, I DID THE WIRE PULL FOR THEM!!! as they sent only one journeyman to pull wires over 150 feet under the main decks
