Services
Over 35 years ago our founder, John Morgan, installed alarm systems for his fellow Oakland Police officers. Word spread, and soon district attorneys, judges, and their friend's homes and businesses were added. What started as a "weekend side business" grew at first slowly, and then exponentially as new customers heard about the integrity, expertise, and quality of "Morgan Alarm".

He office staff is very helpful and responsive. The installers were great and cleaned up when they left. The app is East to use and questions have been answered in a timely manner. We’ve used Morgan on4 different properties and have been happy with the price and service. Would definitely recommend.

So far, I am completely satisfied. The operators are always professional and helpful. The company keeps timely appointments and send technicians who are familiar with my house and system. When the alarm was tripped for fire they were on it as they were when a guest set off the alarm. It is loud! They have always been responsive. I have the service contract which I will have used several times this year. Morgan is local and keeps my tax dollars in the city and county.

Had Morgan Alarm install cameras and they paid for themselves the first month. One evening two burglars attempted to break in, one went to the front door and rang the bell while the other went to my side yard gate , which where both cover via cameras. We saw the one at the side gate on our monitor and called the police. They were caught and with the pictures stored on our DVR CONVICTED. To date we have recorded aggressive door to door sales people, mail thieves, car buglers and the next door neighbors dog digging up our yard. These cameras work and are the best protection you can get. Don
