I can not praise Bell House Medical / Master Grab Bar enough. I purchased a Bruno Straight Rail Stairlift from them and it has worked Perfectly from the day I had it installed. It is one year today. Shortly after that, I had my stair well carpeted and the workmen clipped a cord on my Bruno. I called Steve Bell and he immediately came to my home and fixed the issue.
Steve is my Hero! Now who gets service like that today. Today I went to there store in Lewes and I was so surprised with there inventory. They have everything and if you do not see it there they can get it for you. Bell Medical House was recommended to us and we are so they were.

While away, my husband wore through the rubber bottom on his crutches. We replaced them with pharmacy ones, which lasted a day. After dinner, we noticed this business next store, and as I peered in the window after business hours, the owner noticed me and unlocked the door. He was all too accommodating and had proper heavy duty replacement bottoms at the ready, cheaper than the pharmacy brand. Steven was extremely helpful, a true game changer and I would definitely recommend.

We talked to several companies on our needs to make one of our bathrooms safe for an elderly relative. Steve from Master Grab Bars was by far the most overall knowledgeable person we discussed our concerns and needs with and he helped us in making decisions on what we needed to do now to make this bathroom safe for our relative.

I called Steve on a Monday morning. He called me right back. My Mother had just gotten out of the hospital and needed grab bars installed in her home. Steve understood that I was returning to New Jersey that day and really wanted these in place ASAP. Steve came to the house at 3:30 p.m. and by the time I was off the ferry, my Mom had the bars she needed in her bathroom! Steve even changed the shower head. The price was reasonable and the job was professional. I highly recommend Master Grab Bar!

Master Grab Bar was recommended to us from a neighbor. We needed grab bars in both showers and the toilet room. Steve provided us with his expert opinion as what would be the most effective options. Put handicap ramps at the main front door. I kept getting my wheels caught and almost fell several times. I told Steve to remove them because they were not working out for us. He had fast talking excuses. I waited a whole afternoon for him only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. A shower conversion took over a month! I have asked him to come get the ramps which he never secured and refund my mother some money. I will never refer anyone to him. Fast talking bsing salesman.

Request was for grab bars in shower. Customer service was excellent regarding appointment setup and Steve showed up on time within days of first calling. Grab bars are high quality, installed perfectly and look good! I am 100% confident now taking a shower, after breaking my right hip. Highly recommend this company.

Steve and his group did a terrific job. We were in a hurry to have a lift installed in our home and Master Grab Bar came through. Everyone at Master Grab Bar was friendly and reliable.
