This is a great company, they went above and beyond to help us. My mother had passed away during Covid and my brother came to help me with arrangements. During the time he was here, my brothers wheelchair broke down. My brother is a paraplegic and has to live in a wheelchair. We found no one in our area. Everyone was closed because of the virus, or would not help. I called Scooters-4-Rent and spoke to Gail, one of the owners. Gail said, they were closed too but, her and her husband Les would find a way to help. Les asked some questions to see if something would help, but nothing did. Les drove

Poor Customer Service. They are here to take your money. My mother In law rented to own a scooter on a Thursday (the price of the scooter is way higher then what it’s worth). She passed away on Saturday and they won’t even take the scooter back and give some of the money back. The people we spoke to were no help and offered to be no help. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. Also they are closed and are appointment only and won’t meet you for days. How do you even operate a business this way when someone says they are sitting at your business just all around terrible

Poor customer service, cold hearted people. We came up from Florida to help my dad out with this issue, drove all the way to the Selbyville location to see a sign on the door saying close, appointment only this was on Tuesday, I called the number they posted on the door was asked how long I was going to be up here, I said the rest of the week, owner says I’ll can see you later this week, I said ok then he say the next Tuesday, well that a week later and I’ll be gone, he says well maybe I can see you Friday call me before you come.

Awesome! After some coaxing we were able to talk my 71 year old Army Veteran Father-in-law into letting us rent a scooter for him. He was very happy we did. He was able to participate with the family since he was able to use a scooter. Easy drop off and pick up at the hotel. Fair price. The battery lasted all day. Would use them next year. Thank you !

Amazing people. They go above and beyond to assist. We rented a scooter to go to the Harrington Fair. The price was good. They offered to bring it to the Laurel site so we did not have to drive 25 miles to pick it up. They even allowed us to pick it up on Friday evening so we could go to the Fair early on Saturday morning. They want your business and really make you aware of that. Good people.

Last year I try to rent for two day for a scooter. They got there best rental price and it was that. But the day came were it was raining and didn't want it scooter get wet. The next day they deliver the scooter but the scooter had a hard time to get to the room. I turn it

This place was great. After a mix-up with another mobility scooter rental place, Scooters-4-Rent had a mobility scooter delivered to us in Ocean City, MD in a little over an hour. The price for 4 days was only $125, and the guy that delivered it to us was extremely nice. He explained how it all worked, gave us a packet of instructions, and picked it up promptly. We will definitely use this place again on our next visit to Ocean City, MD.
