Considering I spent a lot of money on multiple bleaching treatments for it not to work, sucks. I was told if it didn’t lighten completely, I’d still notice somewhat a difference. Well I truly do not. Pretty overpriced for TCA peel being used on such a small area, yeah I’m talking many hundreds lol. I gave an extra star for the customer service though, all the ladies here are really welcoming and sweet. I wouldn’t have minded as much or left this review if the service was cheaper but I really feel like I got robbed 🙁

I really did not want to leave a bad review but this place is unprofessional. I went for my first PRP appointment back on November 12th and next treatment was scheduled for December 17th. I was called the day before saying my appointment was canceled because I was the only person on Jeanie's schedule... not sure what that has to do with me but show up and do your job.

Horrible customer service! I received Botox and fillers a week ago with Jenny. I don’t know how she applied the Botox on my forehead and it completely changed the shape of my eyes and eyebrows. My left eye is droopy. When I went back to them that I was unhappy with my results the provided every excuse in the book. The office manager Silvia was completely unprofessional and unsympathetic to my complaint. Her response was they have been more than accommodating to me because they rescheduled my initial appointment for the fibroblast. I feel my face looks botched it completely distorted my face.

My first laser experience was with another company several years ago. A friend of mine recommended Novopelle to me a year ago and I’ve been going regularly since! It’s been the BEST experience & I wish I started there in the first place. Nicole has been with me since day 1- I would never want anyone else doing my laser sessions! I highly recommend this place, I started off with Botox about 3 months ago to stop the sweat on hands (hyperhidrosis) took aprox. 4 days to make changes, now I don’t have anymore sweat having 100% positive/fantastic results. Meanwhile I also tried Hair removal on 5 different parts of my body I’m in loved the results, Staff was very kind and professional answer all my questions and guide me to find the best procedure that works for me.

Nicole and Selene are the two best, sweetest, nicest, thoughtful ladies you’d want to laser your body. They make sure to cover every bit of what you want done and will ask questions every time on how your hair growth is going to make adjustments as needed. They make you feel very comfortable which is always nice when you’re naked on a table in a room. They also have this little air fan thing that attaches to the laser so you can’t feel the heat or pain at all and it’s godsend.

I’m really happy I decided to do laser hair removal (it’s a game changer) and even happier that I chose Novopelle on Lemmon. I’ve been going there over a year and I haven’t had any issues or skin irritation with the laser used and my hair took really well to the treatments. I’ve mainly worked with Nicole and she’s amazing! She is always personable, professional and timely. She makes scheduling easy and she’s flexible if you give her a heads up that you’ll need to move around your appt. Prices are good too!

The staff is really nice. I had 14 laser sessions all 4 weeks apart, I have light skin, dark hair, and I'm not a very hairy person (so the ideal candidate because the laser detects dark hair on light skin best). One month after I finished my 14th session, I still have hair on every part of my body they treated. It is more thin than before, but other than that, I look the same as I did before I spend thousands of dollars on laser at Novopelle. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Novopelle is an alright medspa - I most definitely don't think their services are up to par with their prices. They have a lot of equipment that isn't for everyone but they will not disclose that information. I have a terrible experience with this place that force me to change to the location in Dallas. People extremely rude and entitled, they will spend sessions with laser off and play dumb and offended. They change lasers under their beliefs of what is worth it even though actually will not work for you. Don't waste your money in this location! The trick is to keep you going.

A friend suggested I try Novopelle after I had said I was trying to decide on laser hair removal. I'm so glad that I finally decided to do it! I loved how clean the space is! Catharine, my technician, was very friendly from the get go. She talked to me the whole and it definitely helped calm my nerves. So after having done laser hair removal at another laser facility in the past and seeing no results, I decided to do my own thorough research to find a place that was affordable and actually gave me good results. Clean - easy - cheap .... what more do you need. I was told about this through a colleague and have been going consistently for almost 6 months. I have recommended it to many people and everyone agrees it's a hidden gem. Only con is that it's not super convenient to where I live, but that's my problem. Although the actual treatment is amazing, the staff is the most unprofessional one you can find in Dallas. It seems that they already have a clientele, hence they are not a bit worried about maintaining a good customer service. They have charges my card once for a missed appointment, although I called and canceled it after the 24 hour deadline. Meanwhile each time I arrived for my appointment they made me wait at least 15 minutes.

I thought this place when it first opened was a diamond in the rough. Great prices and good service. This was completely wrong! As they get more business their service went way down! The salon workers IF they speak English are rude and inconsiderate, they talk about you behind your back to your other friends who YOU recommended to the place!
This is not the worst part, I find myself gr owning hair in places I never had hair before, I find hair growth to be thicker as the process goes on! The areas that it does work on are very splotchy-you still need to shave, etc.
