Come celebrate you birthday with TGA where we do all the work and your kids have all the fun. Our parties are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Your 90 minute party will be fun packed with trampolines, bounce houses, gymnastics and games.

Services
This is an on-going program, so your child is automatically re-enrolled in the next month. We charge the following month's tuition on the 23rd of the month. We ask that you keep a current email address on file. If you are not receiving email updates and you would like to receive them, please update your email address with us.
TGA is hiring gymnastics coaches who want to make a positive impact and grow with us! As our program transitions to the next level, we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, & BOLD individuals to join our motivated coaching staff! We at Tidewater Gymnastics Academy feel extremely fortunate to be a part of such an amazing community, so we aim to give back by donating goods and services to organizations that are spreading love here in the City of Norfolk. Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests, we have changed our method for receiving them.
We want to make sure we are providing the best possible experience for our customers, and do not feel that we are able to arrange a high-quality party at this time. Parties are 90 minutes of FUN for children and 90 minutes of simplicity for parents! Fifteen minutes prior to the start of your child's celebration, two TGA instructors will be ready and excited to help you set up for the party.
These classes offer a unique bonding opportunity for the child and parent. While the goal of this class is to introduce the child to movement and our equipment, the name of the game is FUN. Parents are included and strongly encouraged to participate with their child. For many children, this will be their first experience with an organized fitness activity, and it is critical that it is positive.

OK place but i had an emergency and had to go out of state. They would not refund my money for lessons i will not be taking my daughter to in September. I know its a pain but very easy to do a refund, You guys should change your policies, bad policies cause bad reviews. I will be taking my business elsewhere in 2 months.

My 3 1/2 year old daughter takes dance here and the teachers are so nice and upbeat! Not just gymnastics here. They also do a lot of camps and parents nights out and it's right next to Cogans north. Easy pickup for dinner after class. My daughter gets excited as soon as we pull in and the location is great for those in Ghent, Larchmont and downtown. They also make make ups easy

Boys love their coach. That's the only reason I stay. They don't have a boys program. Front desk employee rude and not amenable to suggestions (although other area gyms have similiar activities). Same staff told my son "Do it like a NORMAL person"--yes that's a supportive comment from an adult. Bottom line-kids love it. I just avoid the front desk.

We love TGA!!!!!!!!!! Our daughter has been going there since the Mommy and Me class. She then transitioned into gymnastics where her self confidence has grown leaps and bounds. The most supportive coaches and the friendliest staff. We have all her birthday parties there and the kids just love it!!!!
