Landmark Realty accepts rental payments and security deposits for all of our properties via ACH transfers and credit card payments. The Fleetwood, located at 3707 Woodley Rd NW in the shadow of the National Cathedral, offers old English charm and the fresh feel of our recent renovation. With a newly appointed lobby, redecorated halls, and apartments that feature all new kitchens, baths, and in-unit washer dryers, The Fleetwood is ideal for city living.
The Devonshire Court Apartments are located at 4105 Wisconsin Avenue NW only two blocks south of the Tenleytown/ American University Red Line METRO station. We are walking distance to AU, Whole Foods, and many corporate and retail locations. Our units are spacious with traditional hardwood floors. Landmark Realty Inc. has recently updated the lobby, elevator and heating systems.
Newdale Mews Apartments are located just off of Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Neighborhood stores include Chevy Chase Supermarket, Starbucks, City Bikes, and Einstein Bagels. For your workday commute, we are less than a half mile from 495, five minutes from downtown Bethesda, the National Institute of Health and the Bethesda Naval Hospital, and a short ride to the DC line.

Newdale Rd has been a pleasant and comfortable place to live. I appreciate Landmark's professionalism and kindness. The people that work for Landmark realty could not have been more helpful and accomodating. Victor, Jill, the accountants, and Ceci all work toward making the tenants feel safe and at home. Naturally, this level of service comes from the top so my compliments to Mr. Bindeman! I will miss living in this peaceful little apartment.

I had amazing experience! My move in was a so wonderful. They communicated great with me and worked with me even through all the moving hiccups, they made sure I was good and the apartment looked good! It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, honestly better! I'm very happy with the customer care as well, thats so important for me! They care! Thank you!

Great property management. Very responsive to any concerns that come up. The owner is very involved. He will personally respond to any concerns you have. They worked with me every step along the way. Could not ask for a better experience or property management. Highly recommend them to anyone and have recommended them to several people. They have very competitively priced units. Five stars!

I lived in this apartment complex for six years. It was a no-frills apartment but a great value. It also has a lot of classic charm including hardwood floors and built-in shelves and cabinets. The on-site maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful. It's a family business so communication is easy and you get more personalized attention. The apartment is conveniently located near many amenities including bus and metro, grocery stores, and restaurants within a ten-minute walk. Would definitely recommend especially for someone starting out in DC.
