Includes interior and exterior spray that treats for roaches, spiders, scorpions, ants, crickets, silverfish and earwigs. Also, cob web removal and indicator traps will be set to determine future target pests. We provide the option of a special scorpion treatment using a white powdery substance placed on entryways that will collect on the underbellies of scorpions entering the home, available only upon request and free of charge.
After spraying inside and around your home, our pesticide solution will instantly aggravate and disrupt (ultimately killing) certain pests, including: spiders, roaches and ants. Something that most people often do not know is that although our solution actively disturbs these pests immediately, scorpions are a bit different.
Electrostatic spray technology is a new way to apply cleaners, sanitizers, and disinfectants to help homeowners and facilities treat surfaces, often in less time and with better coverage than traditional cleaning methods. This generates charged droplets that repel one another and actively seek out environmental surfaces, which they stick to and even wrap around to coat all sides.

We bought our home last year and moved in June 17. The home had been empty for a few months and we noticed signs of various bugs inside and outside. Maricopa Bug Busters have been out several times and now with Summer back, they come every month. We have not seen one single bug inside our home and only a couple of dead ones outside. We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak. I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue. I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted. I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof. Professional, kind, and resourceful. That's how I'd explain the character of the exterminator who assisted me with a job that my 'full-service', state-wide extermination company would not do: remove an inactive wasp's nest.
The company I'm contracted with at $428 annually have a team of exterminators that are apparently so precious they are unable to climb a ladder. So, if a bug is on the home's fascia they pass you to a 'sister company'. In this case that sister company wanted to charge me $290 (on top of my annual fee) to remove the nest.
