Our motel was recently renovated to include Wi-Fi internet access for the convenience of our clients. Services
Our two-bedroom suites have full kitchens and dining areas. In addition, they have a shower or tub combination. These suites feel like a home away from home and are perfect for the traveling businessperson. Cooking and eating utensils are provided upon request. Daily housecleaning service is provided for your added pleasure and comfort.
PLEASE NOTE: Upper floors accessible by stairs only. 1-bed standard room is located on the ground floor with handicapped parking, and doorbell access to the front desk. A ramp is provided for the room upon request. The room comes with a walk-in shower and handrails. We will be happy to provide any additional assistance, upon request, during your stay with us.

What a find! Motel built in the 50’s so if you’re looking for a modern experience this is not for you. We loved it! Clean rooms with comfortable firm beds. Very quiet with a nice beach almost outside your door. There are three local restaurants in walking distance all different and all yummy. Highly recommend!

This little hotel was perfect!! Rooms were very clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet, very quiet we never heard anyone and the hotel looked to be full. You didn't hear door slams, you didn't hear TV's it was so peaceful. The staff were very nice, always greeted us with a smile and even located a larger coffee pot for us!! We will definitely be back!!

Found them on Booking.com, i was room 117 and i stayed the last weekend of August. I love this little quiet slice of heaven so much. My wife and I are done with Hiltons and the like. When i come to the beach i will always come and stay at this wonderful place. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much when it was time to check out we went down and bought another night.
I almost don't want to say how wonderful this place is, I want it to stay a secret. But I also think the owners and staff deserve as much business as they can handle.
Do yourself a favor, if you come to Cocoa Beach skip the big hotels
