How the Yoga via Zoom Classes work: Sign up for a class via our online schedule. Approximately 20 minutes before class time, you'll receive an email from us with the invitation/link + instructions to join the online class room.
Roll out your mat. Set your computer or mobile device up 8 feet from your mat where your teacher can see you and your mat. Show up as you are. Kids & pets welcome. You get to connect to community practicing with you from their own homes. Our Ignite Teachers watch the class on their computer.

Benefits: Crescent lunge engages the whole body from toes firmly on the mat to finger tips reaching to the sky. This pose awakens and expands the body while remaining grounded. You must ground down to lift up.
How to get into Crescent Lunge: From Downward Facing Dog, lift your fight foot off the mat, rounding your spine upward, draw your right knee in toward your chest and plant your right foot between your hands with your toes spread and pointing to 12 o'clock.Lunge into your right leg, your knee stacked above your ankle.

Zoom classes work GREAT when not able to be on-site. Appreciate instructors including virtual attendees as part of the class; introducing each other and constantly monitoring our participation. Thanks for this alternate method allowing me the opportunity to continue my practice and being part of the Ignite community!

I enjoy doing hot yoga in the winter months, as during the warmer months I’m a runner. I always leave feeling really great. The instructors seem very experienced and know what they’re doing. Some instructors may come around and physically move parts of your body to help you improve in the pose, which I really like.
Every class I go to, regardless of the instructor, has been very similar. So, I wouldn’t recommend any instructor over another. My experience is always pretty consistent. I’d highly recommend this for anyone who loves yoga or even is a beginner, as they do have beginner classes

I had been eyeing Ignite every time I drove by for quite some time. I’m glad I finally signed up for a class!
When I arrived for the class both the instructor and the studio owner were there. Both were friendly, welcoming, and seemed excited to have me join.
Even though I’m currently not athletic or flexible, I felt completely welcome and comfortable in the class. The instructor was excellent and the other participants were kind before and after class; during class everyone just focused on their own experience.
I have been wanting to gain better structural alignment and this class absolutely
