Victoria Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located off the 55 Costa Mesa Freeway in the heart of Orange County, CA. We are a short drive from area hospitals including Hoag Health Center Newport Beach and Orange Coast Memorial Hospital. We feature 79 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.

21 days, and exit with a bedsore. Not the place to come if you're immobile and need to use diapers instead of a bathroom. Unless you can change your own diaper while healing from a broken pelvis.
The Hoag-affiliated doctor prescribed an additional heavy pain killer without discussing it with me (the daughter), even though he noted in the chart that he _had_ discussed it with me.
They use jargon and acronyms when "explaining" things, from diet to exit procedures.
Several patients were demented and loud about it. Some wandered about. One slammed the bathroom door in my mother's room; she was not

I have worked here for over 5 years and have had the most amazing experiences. The residents are so great and it is wonderful to interact with them. Victoria has hard working, caring employees. This is a great place to send your loved ones if they need extra rehabilitation to get back on their feet.

My grandmother has been staying at Victoria Healthcare for some time now, and we knew from the start that she & my family would be in good hands. From the facility itself to each and every staff member we’ve encountered has been nothing but positive. Even though we haven’t been able to visit my grandmother due to COVID-19, we are grateful for the great communication and daily care from this facility and the staff. A sincere thank you to the entire crew at Victoria Healthcare for everything they do, especially during these challenging times.

Very clean and well organized building. Staff is very attentive and demonstrates a high level of compassion to the patient’s needs. Management is very involved and supportive of their staff. When any concern is expressed they are quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend Victoria Healthcare!

I've worked into many and different nursing facilities around Orange County and Victoria Healthcare is by far the best place that I've been into. Not only the building and the rooms are clean and safe, but the people; from CNA, Nurses, and Administrators are all great and knowledgeable. They are all trustworthy, work as a team, and prioritize the safety and dignity of the residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones.

Absolutely wonderful facility. Clean rooms, friendly staff, knowledgeable nurses, incredibly passionate care. If you want the positive care and attention that a patient requires to get back to 100% health, take your loved one here. If I could give a 10star rating I would. Ask for Mary. She's an incredible staff member with a heart of gold.

I have been working with Victoria Healthcare for 7 months. Everybody who works there are very helpful and friendly. We have teamwork, everybody helps each other and they’re treat all the employees like family. Victoria Healthcare always make sure that all of the employees and all the Residents are safe especially with what’s going on with this Pandemic. They always giving us in service and head ups what to do to protect ourselves and the residents. I’m truly grateful working in Victoria Healthcare.

Born leaders work at Victoria Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. Everyone is engaged and genuinely in good spirits. The staff is warm and personable. It truly is a work family. This facility is well managed and structured. The Administrator is caring and devoted to his employees. The Director of Nursing is involved in every aspect of the care for the residents. The nurses have unconditional compassion for their patients. I once heard a nurse tell her patient “thank you for letting us take care for you”. The bedside manner is very nurturing & professional. 2020 has definitely been a tough year for everyone...regular civilians and especially frontline workers. We took our grandfather there for 2 reasons, it was close by and the facility came highly recommended. My family's health always comes first so I took that recommendation and was thrilled at the services we received. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. my grandfather was very happy there and when we did talk to him, he would tell us about his day and how his nurse took care of him. In the event I needed these services again, I would definitely come back.
