Highly recommend GSS tech. Chris responded quickly and was able to take my laptop soon after I submitted my online ticket. Great customer service and Chris answered all of my questions while giving me multiple options of what could be done not to mention the reasonable pricing. Now my laptop runs better than ever and saved me the cost of buying a new one.

Computer problems? No fear, take it to GSS Tech like i did. I consider myself very knowledgeable in building and repairing computers. I did get stuck trying to get a new graphics card working and although the fee wasnt cheap, they were able to quickly diagnose and repair my computer. Would recommend.

GSS technology was great to work with! I went to two other places on a Sunday in need of getting my screen replaced and GSS was the only place that was open and could do so. Reasonably priced and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone, and will be returning if i have any other phone related issues.

GSS is a small, nicely run company in Oxford, MA that I have been using to fix my computer problems. It is comforting to be able to stop locally with no parking problems, no hour waits, and friendly service. They can remotely fix some problems. If they're busy, they'll call you back. Their prices have been remarkably reasonable. I was happy to find that they work on cell phones. One of our phones jumped off a boat and I'll take it in soon to see what they can do. They buy and sell used computers and tablets, also.
