I recently joined a new company and used Cinch IT to help me get my IT needs met. Initially there were issues with my personal laptop and Cinch was very responsive and had multiple team members working on the issue. When I got my new company laptop they were extremely responsive and had me up and running in a matter of less than 1 hour. Great service.

Cinch IT allows us to do what we do best without worrying about security. If we have a problem, they get us back up quickly. They are proactive and always looking for an efficient solution.
