If you are looking for a sharp lawyer of good character, Arthur Lesmez is the go-to lawyer. I called to get some advice on obtaining subpoenas, and he turned out to be extremely helpful and thoughtful. He wanted to know more about my situation to give me proper guidance.
Attorney Arthur Lesmez gave me very useful advice on how to deal with the at-fault party’s sketchy claims adjuster. Soon after, I was able to get the same claims adjuster who had initially denied my claim to agree to pay for the damage.

Art is a fighter. I consulted him before heading into a nasty small claims trial (my first), and felt massively more prepared upon leaving his office. I highly recommend Arthur Lesmez. I am an avid cyclist and triathlete and was hit be a car last year. My bike was totaled and i had major medical bills. The police report that was taken was ridiculously bad and the driver claimed i hit him from behind. Even though it was not my fault, the drivers insurance company offered me only 20 percent of all damages. I took this as an insult and decided to find a lawyer. I had no money, and did not know exactly where to go. Luckily my roommate recommended Arthur Lesmez. Arthur took my case and i did not have to make any payments until the case was settled
