Had a few apartment managers and owners in my day- unfortunate that the management is lazy and biased towards their own tenants.
Can’t get anything fixed, managers manage with little effort and zero customer service. Loud and lazy management runs this place- i can hear her voice clear across the yard

The rent here is way too high. The manager is rude and not someone you want to deal with. Not only that she is never in her office during her scheduled hours. It says 8-430 and she is not there at that time. Why post hours if your not going to be there? And on top of that she let the maintenance guys barge into my apartment while I was sleeping I woke up to them looking around inside which is totally illegal and I confronted her about it and nothing was done to reassure me. She just said they aren't allowed to do that. Yes I know they aren't allowed to do that that's why I'm talking to you about
