Office do be on this is a extremely good place for kids if there's any complaints manager and maintenance is always doing the best they can I have been here 11 years and anytime I had a issue if it's animals to human or something wrong in the building. I received a great appreciation from them for letting them now and for me being patient the buildings were made 1980 I had plenty wear and tear but that is what happens when you live 98% of the time in older model buildings and most newer models

I can't give it 5 stars because it is an apartment. But, the office staff especially Rosa is hands down the best manger since I moved here 5 1/2 years ago. Jerry our maintenance supervisor is amazing at keeping the property clean and up to snuff. If you call for an issue, they respond the same day if possible.

I've lived at Heritage Oaks for 6 months and I'm continually impressed by the office manager, Rosa and the maintenance team. Rosa is always professional and prompt and the maintenance team works quickly and efficiently. The complex is always very tidy and well-maintained and my family and I feel so lucky to live here! The approval process was lengthy but working with Rosa was a pleasure. I hope to live at Heritage Oaks for many years to come.

MARYLYNN has this HORRIBLE entitled, snotty, NASTY, "I'm smarter than you", "you're bothering me", "gosh I'd rather be somewhere else because I hate my job" attitude.

She CANNOT say a sentence without her attitude. It's quite astonishing. She won't give you the same answer twice and she literally doesn't care if your toilet over flows, or if your AC goes out in the middle of summer, if your neighbor is fighting at midnight,

Worst place try to get on the waiting list made a appointment on Saturday went down from Fairfield the lady I original talk to made me an appointment to look at an opening unit then Kimberley was no help just said sorry so I made another appoint for Tuesday it was at 11am she didn't see me until 11:30 she added me and my husbands income and told us we made too much Kimberley is a dumb b......... False information made me wait unprofessional I wouldn't live there place is dirty a lot of people hanging out take my advice don't went from them

Affordable housing is awesome, but not when the people running the property don't know what they're doing. Not only did they have all our paperwork and numbers to call for almost 3 weeks, but didn't check it once to double crunch the facts and numbers. Told us we basically had it just had to be verified and informed me 1 week before I had to leave my house that we didn't qualify for their property. Leaving me homeless till I found something else because of their negligence.
We gave them a 100 dollar holding fee which they said they'd give back to me in a check in 2 weeks

Amber is not trained in her position. Amber gave us false information. Amber waited two weeks to let us know that we need to fill out more paperwork. They want you whole life story and paperwork to back it up. You give it to them and they still want even more. Christine is rude and unprofessional. Christine said that I was hiding stuff from them and I was untruthful on my application. I was approved and back ground check came back clear and approved. Then they said they need more paperwork and I have 72 hours to submit it. This is just crazy 18 working days after we signed the application you are
