Navy Federal Title Service
Website
When you purchase title insurance, an experienced title examiner performs a comprehensive search of the public land records to determine if any liens or other encumbrances are attached. I would be happy to work with your Title Services team any time. I am very demanding agent and you guys were constantly one step ahead of me. Your team took great care of my client making sure he was educated and comfortable signing at the closing table. Thanks again for the great service.

You will need to bring a valid government issued photo ID, for example: Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID. Any and all funds that are collected during the settlement must be in the form of certified funds which can consist of a cashier's check, teller's check, money order, or certified personal check or wired funds to our office.
A title insurance policy guarantees that the title to the property is free of "hidden" liens, hazards or human errors. To protect against risk, a lender will require assurance that the title to the peoperty is clear; and this is done through the issuance of a loan policy. The lender's policy covers the lender only, while the buyer is unprotected without the issuance of a separate owner's title insurance policy.

My husband and I just recently refinanced through Navy Federal and the process was simply outstanding! Out Settlement Processor was Rebecca O'Neill and she was so professional, took time to explain each document we received, available for any questions we had and was patient with us as we worked through the process. Her knowledge and experience were so helpful to us and we are extremely grateful for all of her efforts. As we saw the interest rates dropping early this year, we discussed refinancing and delayed as we were worried the process would be overwhelming, during an already overwhelming time

Fake. Fraud. Not real. Bait and switch organization that attains your info from NFCU
and sells it to the highest bidder when you make the mistake of believing they can help you close. The people they sold my info to were in another state! Wow, that would be a great closing experience! Worst title experience ever (6th home sale).

First of all, Navy Federal Title Services is not the same as Navy Federal Credit Union. Unlike Navy Federal Credit Union which has been incredible, this place doesn't care about the Veterans. They didn't respect my valid legal documents signed by a honorable judge, they were afraid to be "liable" when nowhere on my document implies anything about them being liable, not even the slightest chance and the reason I say that is because another company accepted them with no problem, and I asked them to provide their written policy stating the reason they couldn't move forward, they couldn't, they just
