I have closed on many properties and this has by far been the smoothest, fastest and most professional experience. They go out of their way to accommodate you, they are extremely nice and polite. Most importantly, they are efficient and very professional. You can address any concerns with them, they make it all look so easy. My new title company of choice!

Working was Premier Title was a breeze. They provided concierge-like service. Everything was conducted remotely and they had the notary come to our house in response to COVID-19. All of the paperwork and interactions with the lender were handled entirely by Premier, which made the process efficient and super easy for us.
