I contacted Pacific Air Conditioning to get an estimate for a ductless AC system. The office scheduled a technician to come by and I had the estimate the next day. My units had to be ordered and when they arrived Andrea called me to set up a date for the installation. I appreciate that she kept me informed on the status of my order and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Jeremy and Brian did the installation and made sure it was to my satisfaction. They were prompt, professional and thorough. It was a pleasure working with PAC.

I would like to commend Mike on his professionalism and his knowledge on A/C. I called for information on maybe installing a mini split in my living room and he informed me that they would have to come out to provide an estimate and that he would make sure the guys who came out made my experience comfortable as I have no idea on what to install. Jeremy and Brandon came out and did my estimate. Once the estimate came back to us for review we decided to proceed with the install. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called this company to come out and do a full service on six split level systems in our house. I asked how much it would cost and they gave me a dollar per hour price plus chemicals. I proceeded to make an appointment to have this done and took the day off of work. Two workers showed up at my house and said "Oh, we are just here for a quote". Ok, so I wasn't happy about this but I called the owner of the company and got the "official quote" and made another appointment to have this completed. They were supposed to be at my
