My pool heater heat pump stopped working with a LOW REFRIG alarm showing. I called several different service companies and only two answered or returned my calls. The first one said they did not have anyone that couldn't come out and advised me to call them again in a couple of weeks if I didn't find anyone to come by. Fortunately Certified A/C answered my call and scheduled a service call a few days later. Nick, a senior service tech came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed relay which he had a spare one on his truck. It was back online in less than 1/2 hour.

The Certified Air-Conditioning Team just completed an installation of two air-conditioning ducted central air systems (5 ton & 3 ton, Bosch condensers, Rheem air-handlers) in our house. They were very professional and the systems are performing perfectly. Both my wife and I work from home and they were able to work around us, communicating well throughout the process. The systems have a much lower sound rating, which we are really happy with, especially since the condensers are located right outside one of our bedrooms.

I purchased 2 AC units. I called for maintenance on the 2 units. a year later.
I was not satisfied with 1 of the units. I was contacted by Joe. I explained my concerns. The unit was replaced the same day. I had excellent service on the installation and now on the maintenance. You don't find many companies today that stand by what they sell. Certified Air Conditioning does with no run around. Maui needs more businesses like Certified AC that people can trust. Thank you..

Brad and his crew Raymond and Rodrigo do a great job. They make sure you are happy with not only the function but the aesthetics of your split AC system.
When I made a request for a different route on the lines so the pump would be hidden better in a cabinet, Raymond even went so far as to put himself in my shoes and said, "If this were my house, that's is exactly how I'd want it done." Then he called Brad to make sure it didn't void warranties and was all above board. When I asked (because I'm curious to learn about my new system) he answered all my questions clearly and concisely.

I needed to have the split system in my condo in Wailea replaced and switched to a central AC system. I contacted and talked with at least four other AC companies and none of them were capable of doing the job. Brad from Certified Air came over and immediately understood what needed to be done, sent me an estimate within 24hrs. and gave me a date to perform the work which he began on time. Brad agreed to perform the work while we were off island. The job was very tricky because there was a lot of drywall work involved. The job was completed on time and the drywall work was perfect. Phenomenal service came in on a Sat to get the job done. Fast, efficient and competitively priced. They are also able to do the electrical upgrades so wonderful that the quote was all inclusive. We recently received notification from another HVAC company that our home owners association uses for inspections - that our A/C unit was in need of repairs and cleaning. Certfied Air had been recommended to me in the past to install a new wifi thermostat - so I called them to do the repairs, cleaning and thermostat install.. When they arrived on site and inspected our A/C they found that it was not in need of the repairs and cleaning - so they did not do the work and did not charge me for anything. VERY HAPPY - We purchased our split 4 years ago by a company that has since left the island. I gave these guys a call when it stopped working. Joe was very prompt getting back to me, came out on time and gave me an estimate. Within a couple days they had the parts and got it working again. Billy was awesome, very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We moved into our new house and found that Air Conditioners in really bad shape due to neglect and lack of maintenance. Things got worse when we had them inspected for quotes by a couple of companies and we found out that half of our ACs were installed wrong and were leaking water in the walls. Can you say mold? Yeah it was bad and we needed it fixed fast, properly, and without costing a million dollars. We're happy to have gone with Certified Air Condition because they showed up on time, did their work properly and on budget. Did I mention that Joe and crew are also really nice guys

This place is terrible find somebody else to do your AC they acted like they knew what they were doing after installing a unit for $9200 I explain to them it wasn't working properly they told me to find somebody else to prove it wasn't working properly. so I did that come to find out they had cut a massive hole in the air ducks and it was blowing hot air into my business costing me an estimate of $300 more a month to cool on my electric bill.
it's one thing to make a mistake it's another thing to shut people down make them pay some buddy else to come out and fix your mistakes
