Do not rent from this GSR rentals the first saw I rented was missing pieces and unsafe to even be used not to mention the wrong blade was on it causing damage to my property I was only reimbursed for the cost of the blade rental which should have been included with the saw. The replacements saw I was given stopped working halfway through my project not only was I accused of misusing the equipment which was not true even though I bought the damage protection plan which I was charged for the broken part. I was reimbursed for the part but not the tiles with the accusation of not knowing how to cut

I placed a rental with GSR on October 7th and paid a deposit of $571.49. On October 25th when they should have deducted the balance of the rental they instead deducted the full amount of $1142.97 from my bank account. When I called to ask about the error I was told it must be a computer error. They say the credited me but I won't see that for 3 to 5 business days. My hubby and I are not made of money. We run a nonprofit and were throwing a party on the 26th (hence the tent rental) to support Ronald McDonald House. I am also recovering from extensive knee surgery and had a cleaning lady scheduled

Rented a trencher a week or so ago...overall it was a good experience getting it, however the person who 'checked me out' on it had no idea how it worked. Not a big deal to figure out on my own...but the controls were very sloppy. Machine wouldn't go in a straight line, had trouble driving and moving around. Upon return I was asked how it was and I said, "that machine is very tired." And was told, "oh yeah, it is." Not sure why you wouldn't remedy mechanical issues instead of just saying 'it's good enough.'

Great first experience with GSR. We rented a compact track loader (SVL 75-2) with a monster 74" mower deck and a large bucket. The equipment was meticulously kept and in great condition. The machinery was amazing. It handled acres of grass, weeds, and invasive blackberry like a champ. It was equipped with a very robust special purpose polycarbonate door to protect operators from any potential potential debris while mowing (we didn't get any though). Overall great equipment, great experience, and the price was competitive. Gunner (the owner) was very knowledgeable and reasonable. Overall, great

Last minute I needed to rent some tables and a tent for a bridal shower and I found GSR to be the closest and cheapest in the area. I love that they have the same price for 1-day rentals but you get them for 3-days. The staff was super friendly and the equipment was in pretty good condition. I have to say that compared to other rental places, GSR cares about their customers and that they are more affordable. I totally would recommend them and I will most definitely be renting from them again.

Going into this small rental depot just outside of Duvall brings back serious memories for a guy who used to work in sound, stage, and studio. Massive amounts of potential kinetic energy lying around just waiting for you to come and get it.
Think large industrial space crowded full of pretty much everything you could need in the realm of machinery and hardware including tables, chairs, and other 'event' requirements. And yes, their staff may not get the Miss Manners award but then again remember that they are sizing you

I rented a hydraulic log splitter and Gunner was very helpful getting me loaded up and even connected the trailer for me. They have a great selection of small tools and equipment and their rates were definitely reasonable. Now that I know they rent out little track loaders, I plan to never use a wheelbarrow again.

For a rural rental service, their customer service could stand to improve. When I call to check availability of rentals as well as cost or even alternative locations if they do not have rentals . . . they've been short ot the point of being rude each time I call. One would be better served to find a rental store that is happy to have your business
