Westwood Healing Arts is a sole proprietorship, open since 2008. It is multidisciplinary. Amy Wolf, LMT, is a treatment massage professional as well as a Reiki Master and trained psychic and medium. She studied massage at Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle, WA, and polarity therapy at Cypress Health Institute in Capitola, CA.
She studied with professional psychics in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Seattle. She studied with Reiki Masters in Seattle and became a Reiki Master in 2000. The work of becoming a professional psychic and energy healer started very young for her; with a mother who was chronically ill, she was always looking for ways to alleviate suffering in others.

Services
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice required or there will be a cancellation fee of $50. This goes for appointments booked within that 24 hour period, and for appointments which were paid ahead. You are paying for the time you schedule, and it keeps us from seeing other clients at that time. We reserve the right not to rebook anyone who doesn't show or call.
Massage therapy is both relaxing and therapeutic. Our belief is that the session goes best when the client has the final say over the level of pressure. We will never go deeper than you are comfortable with and tell you it's good for you. It is your body, and you get to say what you want. We have a specialty in treatment, prevention, and early intervention for carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendonitis, the most common repetitive stress syndromes.
Rescripting is a technique which involves both the practitioner and the client discovering what limiting beliefs and agreements the client is carrying unconsciously from earlier in their life which can be rewritten or discarded for a fuller life experience in the present. Beliefs like "life is struggle" or "men only want me for my body" or "women never get ahead".
Chakra healing is basically the same as chakra reading. It involves me looking at each chakra and seeing what the issues and blockages might be, as well as what unfulfilled potential in them is waiting to be developed. Issues include beliefs, cords and hooks to other people's energy and expectations, or to the expectations and beliefs of institutions.
The practice of going into trance and letting my spirit guides speak to you directly and answer your questions. My guides have a high level of accuracy around work and relationship issues, and also send quality healing through my hands towards you as they speak. They are kind, eloquent, but do not pull punches.

I've been going to Amy Wolf for several years now for massage, reiki and also for her psychic mediumship talents. She provides a high quality service for whatever may be ailing you. As a massage therapist she has been excellent in providing relief for my spinal issues and muscle spasms. The tension and painful knots gently ease away. Her distance reiki is also spot on and never fails to help when I' having an episode. If you're seeking a more esoteric experience I can attest to the quality of her psychic mediumship, communication with ancestors, childhood re patterning, soul retrieval and grief

I just had a massage and tarot card reading with Amy. Her massage was extremely mediocre, but moreover, her Tarot card reading was ridiculous and she made extremely inappropriate comments about telling me what she believed I needed to do in my life. Her comments included the "F" word too! I was aghast at her unprofessionalism. I'm completely insulted and disgusted right now at her behavior. I should have walked out without paying her but I didn't and now the more I think about the experience, the madder I am getting and I want a refund!

Amy is amazing! I have been dealing with several injuries that have been slow to heal, and I've been overjoyed to witness a lot of improvement within just a few sessions! Amy uses her intuition and background in energy work to inform her massages, which is invaluable, and such a powerfully healing combination! So glad we found each other. :)

I was so thrilled to find Amy. I had an intense pain in my wrist off and on for months and with one visit with her it was gone..she is amazing!
My friend had the same experience..she had been seeing people for a while but was never able to be free of a pain in her arm. In one appointment with Amy it was gone!!
I can't reccomend Amy enough she seems to be the cure for everything and anything that ails you!

I had a session from Amy a couple of weeks ago. She did wonderful massage--really helped my shoulder that had been in pain for years. She also integrated a bit of her psychic work into our session. She saw a deeper level of some mind/body issues I had, and did focused energy work to shift what was going on. Very insightful and helpful.

Whatever reason brings you to see Amy at Westwood Healing Arts, you will not regret it. I have seen Amy for Reik and Soul retrieval work and its been very liberating. She's helped me address and confront issues that I'd kept tucked away and which where slowly re-surfacing and keeping me from my full potential. My experience with Amy was one of the few most genuine experiences I've had since moving to Seattle 8 months ago. She asked what was bothering me and listened with empathy. She was very efficient and focused with the hour long massage that I had scheduled with her.

I visited Amy on a trip to Seattle from the East Coast. I was curious about a chakra cleansing as I have recently become really interested in yoga and wanted to learn more. Amy preformed a Chakra clearing and Reiki massage session for a very reasonable price. She is also and incredibly gifted psychic.
