My experience with this Mccolly broker was horrific. We listed our multi family home with them in August of 2021. The first agent we singed with put together the worst real estate listing I've ever seen, the pictures were incredibly unflattering and the description of the property was poorly written. When we complained to the broker the listing… was taken down and reassigned to their "top listing agent with a great deal of experience in selling buildings like ours. This turned out to be a costly misrepresentation. The 2nd agent decided that we could list the property as both a multifamily

My girlfriend and I submitted an offer on a home. We were told the buyer accepted our offer verbally over the phone through our realtor from Synthia. She said she was going to send documents to our realtor and that never happened. The next call we got was that the seller accepted another offer. Would not recommend this real estate company or agent to anyone, very unprofessional and should not have their real estate license.

McColly is who I went through to get my R.E. license. Signing up was very easy, and the staff and management here were very friendly. While I was initially toying with the idea, they quickly answered my questions and even set up a short (45 min) one on one meeting so I can see what the R.E. biz is all about. Giving me a sneak peek at the actual work behind what they do... how they find and interact with buyers and sellers etc. it was all very enlightening.
