Dana was a wonderful Realator. She was very supportive through the whole process and was willing to be frank and honest with us, which enabled us to put in an offer on a home and know we were doing the right thing. This was the first time we put in an offer and we got the home! We give the credit to Dana for being persistent (in a kind way) with the seller and making sure they knew we were good candidates. Dana was great to work with. Buying a house can be so stressful especially your first house. Dana walked us through step by step, explaining all the ins and outs. We had a wonderful experience with Dana! When we started looking for our first home, we knew almost nothing about the process, but Dana made it so easy. Moving from the city to the burbs can be scary. Dana made the whole process easy and took time to show us around and give us the real low down in the area. We really didn't know much about the process in the beginning, and she very patiently walked us through the entire experience. Dana is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the East Bay. She was a great agent to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.
