Michael is magic with hair! I have coarse, curly hair and it is hard getting a good haircut. I stumbled upon Michael and am so glad that I did! He cut my hair in a way that helps it lie down better and not appear bulky. He took his time cutting it while giving me tips on what shampoo to use and how to style it. I also had him use a flatiron to straighten my hair and he did the most amazing job. In addition, Michael is just fun! Conversation was easy and lively. I felt completely relaxed and I trusted his expertise. I will be back!

Michael "YOU ROCK" My hair color is the most beautiful (blond weave) it has ever been, it is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Michael for hair color, especially if you prefer blond as well as hair cuts & styling, I have long hair and like very detailed layering, this is not something just anyone can do and Michael never disappoints it's pure perfection.

Michael added shape, texture and volume to my long hair! I was getting bored with my straight hair and wanted to do something different... but nothing too drastic. I didn't have to cut off a lot of hair like I thought I would. He made it simple and easy! He also over the years has brought my hair back to its natural state!!! I was a blonde for 2 years and my hair was completely damaged from all the bleach. He transformed my hair back to my natural brown and I couldn't be happier!!! A true genius with hair.

Michael is THE master of Great Lengths hair extensions. There are lots of hair extension products available but Great Lengths has the most beautiful hair. Still, it takes the right person to put them in so naturally that no one knows whether or not it is your real hair. I have tricky hair so I needed a good "Hair Doc". Because Michael is patient and knows exactly what he is doing, my hair looks amazing! His salon is cozy and he is a real gentleman. I've tried several other salons and Michael is absolutely the VERY best!

I love Michael !! He has taken my hair from dull, damaged and brittle hair that would not grow. I had tried expensive treatments, biotin, prenatal vitamins nothing was working. Now it's shiny, healthy I have four inches of growth since I've been his client. He uses trionics enzyme developer when coloring my hair. He knows hair. Great private salon at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel. Parking is validated.

I have the hardest hair to make blonde and at best, the many hair stylists I've been to were only able to take me to auburn and throw a bunch of toners on me. Michael. does it right the first time and he can take most hair to the lightest blonde possible while still maintaining the integrity of the hair.

What can I say- Michael Abney is a genius with hair extensions. He uses Great Length extensions, which are of amazing quality, and trims them very small.. so the hair blends naturally with your own hair. I've had my hair trimmed at a local place after they've grown out a couple of months, and the gal said they're the best she's ever seen, and she's been doing hair for many years now.
