Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine based upon the flow of energy in a person and their surroundings. Its goal is to maintain these energies in balance. This can be accomplished through the use of needles, moxa, herbs, cupping, gua sha and other techniques. After graduation, we left Hawai'i for one year to travel around the world.
Our hope was to deepen our understanding of chinese medicine and meditation, learn holistic medical techniques, and share knowledge of different natural health traditions from around the world. Heavenly Pivot Acupuncture is a licensed Acupuncture practice with Naya Cheung Rice, L.Ac. and Zachary Rice, L.Ac. The name "Heavenly Pivot Acupuncture" was chosen to reflect a space of growth, and a pivotal point in our being to transform and move closer to our destiny. The name is inspired by an actual acupuncture point called, "Heavenly Pivot" also known as ST-25 on the Stomach Meridian.

The BEST acupuncture session I have ever had! Naya is gentle in her approach, attentive, and was in tune with my body.
After our session, I felt relaxed and at ease... as if a huge weight had been lifted. As well, within 24 hr after my session, I saw a dramatic shift in result, for the better, with what she was addressing.
I HIGHLY recommend working with Naya!!

I didn't have time for a session, but just wanted to give them 5 stars for having an awesome response time. I'm the last minute sort of person when I travel. Today, I was looking for a place for acupuncture as working in the Taro Fields yesterday had its consequences when u get older. Anyway, Zachary and his wife both responded quickly. Naya had a time slot, but I had another appt. but will definitely chk them out when I return to Maui. Mahalo for the great customer service.
