First and foremost, I am dedicated to my loving wife, Priscilla, and our two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Isabella. I became a family estate planning lawyer in Florida because I am passionate about serving and educating those in my community on the need for preemptive estate planning, as well as assisting families through life's toughest challenges.
I am NOT your traditional lawyer. I do not wear a suit and tie every day. I do not use outdated legal billing practices. I do not disappear after our contract ends. If I cannot help you, I will put you in the hands of someone I would trust with my own legal needs. My goal is to get to know my clients on a personal, familial level, and build a life-long working relationship.

If you are looking for more basic estate planning documents, but do not trust the autobot do-it-yourself websites that are not operated by actual legal professionals, then look no further! My easy-to-use automated estate planning tools allow you to create your own estate plan, but with the assurance that an experienced estate planning lawyer is reviewing and preparing your final documents.
Let your loved ones know how to care for you if you are unable to make medical decisions on your own. Every Florida estate plan should include a set of advance health care directives. These directives generally include a living will, health care power of attorney (also known as a "designation of health care surrogate"), release of health information forms, and a uniform organ donation form.
A Florida Will must go through the Florida probate process. This means that the Florida probate court must oversee and approve, among other things, all terms of the Florida Will, distributions made through the Florida Will, and all estate obligations before your family or loved ones receive their inheritance.
If you desire to leave your estate to multiple people in different shares, you will need a more advanced Florida Will. Name the person you want to serve as your Executor(normally your spouse), and also name an alternate. Leave it up to my health care surrogate (only select if you have a health care surrogate document).
Every parent of a minor child in Florida needs to have proper legal documents in place to ensure that their kids are placed in the hands of pre-determined legal guardians in the event something happens to one or both parents. Simply saying that this person or that person will take care of your kids is not enough.
