Highly recommend Marty's City Auto & Towing! I had some mechanical issues with my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. I took it to 4 different mechanics in Houston (including Infiniti's service), and no one was able to figure out what to do to get my car running again. I got it towed to Marty's, and within 3 days he found the issue, ordered the parts, and my car was back up and running! This shop is very honest and they take pride in their work, also very reasonable prices. 5 stars🌟

I had saved this shop in my phone already after hearing all the great recommendations as a just-in-case contact. Approximately ten minutes after I called for a tow (and speaking with a doll of a woman who was very helpful), the tow truck showed up. I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind. On

Had my Honda CR-V towed from Houston to La Marque, over an hour ago and my thoughts for this company is just amazing! First of, I called and spoke to Ana, the receptionist, which is best at her job. She kinda calmed me down and then told me that she’s sending their experienced driver, that me settled down a little bit. His name is Ismael, what a wonderful kid! From his driving to his personality, you can’t buy those. He did EVERYTHING RIGHT! This kid has his life on a roll. I even learned a few things from him. Maybe I acquired a “son”. Our perfect girls getaway came to an unfortunate halt when our Jeep stopped working on the far side of the island 3 days before we needed to head back to Arkansas. We initially had the vehicle toed to a popular auto repair shop but they said our Jeep needed more parts than was necessary and couldn’t get what was needed in our time crunch.

My car broke down while on vacation. Most shops were closed at the time. However, I was able to get a hold of Marty's. My car was towed and worked on first thing in the morning. They communicated every step of the way through the entire process. They made a very stressful situation less scary for me. I highly recommend them.

We had an issue and needed a tow, Robert came out to get us but our truck was an F350 and we needed a bit of a bigger truck than what Robert had so he called in Ray but stayed with us until Ray came and helped get the truck on the flatbed. Both Ray and Robert were fantastic and helpful and knowledgeable. The rate was better than anyone else and service was above and beyond. Thank you and God bless!

The best auto repair in Galveston! I called and Mrs. Martinez answered the phone and gave us options to get one of our service trucks repaired quickly. Within hours the truck was back in service and we didn't have to reschedule any of our appointments! I operate a small electrical service company and it's important that we keep our schedule. I headed to Marty's towing after I, er, misjudged my truck's distance from a sign. A couple of parts were in danger of falling off, so I looked up Body Shops on Yelp and saw that Marty's was the place to go. After a short drive through a moonscape of old industrial buildings, I arrived at the garage. Ray greeted me, sized up the situation, and caught on that I needed a quick fix on my '95 vehicle, not perfection. He made an adjustment on one part, put in a screw in another, and I was on my way. Friday at 3:30 my car won't drive and must go to the shop which closes at 6pm. My insurance company called someone and said 90 minutes. Then said another hour. No way will I make it to the shop before they close for the weekend.
Called Marty's. Ismael was there under 15 minutes. Needed flat bed truck, calls the boss, boom. We are in tow and off to the shop. Made it in time to get my car tucked safely inside the building for the weekend.
Should have called them to begin with. Marty's is my tow company from now on.

Ray is the man! Very knowledgeable and professional.
The axel broke on my boat trailer half way in and out of my storage unit... it was very stuck. I was not equipped to handle the removal on my own, so I called Marty's City Auto who said they could help.
Getting the boat out of the storage facility and to a safe spot for repairs was not an easy project. Ray arrived in a timely manner, came up with a game plan and we executed on it to get the job done efficiently.
Would absolutely work with him again!

Crazy Bernie is a huge fan of Marty's. Even though I've never actually paid them to do anything I did have an experience with them. My Nimrod wife almost lost her key Farb for our rental car. So ICalled Marty's and They begin to do what they do to get to me. In the meantime I found the key Farb in the garbage can at the gap Galvestonian in the crisis was over. Marty is ready to come open the door but I didn't need them so I told him that if I ever do need him I will call him

Marty's is the bomb! I'm very new to town and I had an issue with my front bumper. Marty fixed it right up with no issues at all! I picked this place because of all of the great reviews on here and I was not disappointed. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do, I know exactly where I'm taking my car.

I went here because of reviews I read on YELP!! I needed a new door handle put on my 2014 Impala that i had ordered online. I spoke to RAY and he told me to bring in 8am next day . He told me I could wait and that it wouldn't take long. Well, I had someone pick me up and I went to get breakfast at Denny's.
