Came out to Oregon to visit my brother and family. My family came to the fair down the street. My bother and I were going to park across the street from his shop with our bikes. Dean flagged us down and offered us to park in his lot. Little did I know my bike would break down days before I was to go back home. He took care of my bike in a super timely manner. Works better than before the breakdown. Dean and Brian were life savers. My brother will now be coming to Mason's for service. Thanks guys

Dean thought it would be a good idea to talk down to me, I asked a simple question after he tells me that they are not interested in working on my bike, next thing he tells me is I get guys like you in here all the time, I have been riding and working on these bikes for 30 years.
I tried to help a small shop but I don't take kindly to some guy with an attitude.

Dean and Brian set the bar very very high there are two of the most professional considerate honest hard-working gentleman I've ever met in the motorcycle culture they went far and beyond upgrading and overhauling my Harley-Davidson I couldn't be happier with their performance stellar to say the absolutely thanks guys highly recommended recommended!!!

Dean and Brian are awesome. Been going here for help with anything motorcycle related for over 7yrs now and will continue to do so. They are always willing to help out new riders and are an asset to the motorcycle community. Very knowledgeable but never condescending or pompous about it. Don't hesitate to stop in; even if you're still bike shopping it'll be worth your time.

Mason's has been my go to for all of my Motorcycle needs. They have worked on two bikes for me. Anything I cant do, they got it covered. They are a wealth of knowledge and experience that you cannot find at a "chain" shop. They have a good selection of merchandise, and can you get you basically anything you're looking for. I HIGHLY recommend Mason's. As a female rider - I know they have my back and wont try to "fluff" me with the unnecessary sales pitch.

Experienced, knowledgeable, Fair and Honest, they explain everything but don't treat you as if you don't know anything or talk down to you. They want the best for their customer and to make them happy. Customer service is top notch. They helped me to decide on some things I was wanting to do to my bike, showed me my options and helped me to pick the best ones for ME, and that I liked. I went with Bassani Road Rage 3 2in1 stainless exhaust and they also put on a Ness BigSucker intake/air and tuned her up. They ordered parts fast, and got her all done and finished in record time, days sooner than

I have been taking my bikes, except my Hayabusa, to Masosn’s for a few years now and I have been very happy with their service. First thing you need to understand, it is a no-nonsense shop and they are going to tell you like it is. They have a lot of experience and know what they are doing so it is in your best interest to listen to them. They can work on anything new and old but they like working on older cruisers and choppers. Sport bikes are not their thing. They work on the kind of bikes the larger shops don’t like to work on. Also, their prices are reasonable, and they won’t sell you

This is the place to go! Treat you right and fair. All the dealerships in our area were two weeks out on getting tires changed and I was supposed to go to the coast the next day when my tire went flat. Not only did they have the tires in stock they also went out of their way to make sure I was able to leave on time the next day for our ride and more cost effective then the local dealer. Can’t say enough good things about the service and the people here!
