Ok, this really cool shop in a business park off Hwy 99W and 217 and is a very cool and informal place to buy a bike. Their showroom is well stocked with bikes and accessories. I picked up a reasonably price used bike here and it was a trouble-free process. It was a very personable experience from sales to finance to delivery. Thanks guys! Oh, BTW it is now a Cascade Moto store and start looking for Triumph to appear!

Great service department. Always go above and beyond to take care of their customers, whether your local or traveling thru Portland. Door to door service, picking up and delivering your motorcycle if necessary for repairs or recalls.

I recently purchased an R 1250 from Cascade Moto of Portland and I had a great experience. I was helped by Brian Platt and he ensured that the process was smooth and straightforward. Brian answered every question and concern that I had and he was always prompt in returning my messages. I am extremely happy with the bike and the service. Could not give them a higher recommendation. If you're in the area definitely give this team a visit.

Although I've never bought a bike from these guys, I've used their service department ever since BMW of Portland closed. Todd and Rick have taken great care of all the BMW's I've owned. A month ago, I was on the road in Colorado when I noticed my rear brake pads were almost gone. Called Todd and he directed me to a dealer in Grand Junction where they had fresh pads waiting for me. Richard and the newer mechanic are also great wrenches. I could go on with other examples of excellent customer care but I have to go ride now. Cheers

Had a pair of Michelin Pilot 5s installed on my 2015 1250RT recently. Waited for the install, which was a lot less time then quoted. You guys rock! Anxiously awaiting the delivery on my 2022 triple black RT. That will be the third bike I’ve taken delivery from Western BMW.

I don't write a lot of reviews, especially for businesses or services in which I didn't buy a thing--but I have to say, I came in today just to window shop gear and accessories and was treated to A+ service. Graham in sales spent time talking to me about anything and everything I was curious about, brought me cups of water (it was blazing out), offered me pizza, I half expected to get a shoulder massage. He steered me towards Jim in the service department, for all my annoying questions about a 20 year old Dakar I own, and Jim greeted me with a wealth of experience and knowledge. When

Went in for a fuel pump recall service, when they brought the bike out the fuel gauge wasn't working (was before the service). I brought the bike right back they replaced the part immediayely at no charge since it failed while they had it in the shop.
Nice, clean, professional shop. Decent selection of gear and accessories as well as full inventory of new and used BMW bikes. Located in an industrial park right off 217 and 99 in Tigard. Give them a look!

Haven't bought a bike but always friendly sales folks and I get parts I need and expert advice. Had a bike needed service and I got an expert assessment, a good quote, and it was really well done work at the quoted price.

I am a very satisfied customer! I asked for a quote on a K1600 GT and was called promptly by Rainer who helped me get set up with everything from the loan to getting the bike out the door. The shop was clean, Rainer was a total boss, and I got my bike same day I inquired. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I wish I could rate the Sales and Service Separately, Called and set a test ride on RT, got there and it was out on ride and I guess the one sales guy (Rainer) told the other that it more than likely was sold!!

I was offered a 1250 to ride but It wasn't the model that I wanted and they will ride very different. Let's just say if I buy a bike it won't be from them. I always had good service from shop and if I end up buying a BMW (Not from them) I would use the service dept only, And that is if I buy a BMW.

Disappointing. Bought a used biked and brought it in for an inspection, some small work needed to be done so I brought it back. When I came in to pick it up the bill is double what I was quoted and work was done that I did not request. I ordered some gear and almost a month later I had to ask them where it was. The response was "that I had already picked it up, no? I'll call you right back" after a week of waiting I came in to the store and was told the order was lost. After asking for my money back they magically found it.

Update: The service department is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I feel the man put a lot of effort into helping me.

Also, must say the sales guys are very nice (even when it's clear your not there to buy a bike, they are still friendly and chat with you about them), and from past experience, I know the manager there is very nice.

We all know the product is fantastic, so it really comes down to the people. Scott & Madelyn have assembled a superior team in sales, parts and service; how often do you find that? I purchased my first BMW motorcycle 7 months ago and have put over 7100 miles on it since, so I've been in for two service appointments and both times it was a great experience. If you're in the market take the time to visit their shop, you'll quickly see what I mean.

Came in to visit from Scottsdale Arizona. Passing through LAST Year Had My Tires Replaced. Upon this last trip just wanted to check out t shirts and etc......I had to find a sales person. No one came to us. No biggie. I still love your shop!

These guys are the best. I ride the extra 100+ miles regularly to get here from Grants Pass. Much better dealer than the ones closer to me.

Pros: The selection of accessories, and range of bikes was good.

Cons: Hands down some of the worst service and staff I have encountered in a BMW branded locale (this location is independently owned, from what I was able to find online).

Details: I own three BMW vehicles (Z4M Coupé, 428i Gran Coupé, M4), and grew up in a family where that little blue and white roundel was always present. My brother recently purchased a Harley Davidson, and I've been more than a little jealous of how much fun he is having on it.

Bunch of very nice people who went out of their way to help me. They made me feel very welcome, and their service was just outstanding. The charges were more than reasonable and I am very happy with the work they did for me. I've been riding BMWs since 1979 (doing the math for how many years that is makes me nauseous :) ) and have dealt with numerous dealers. These guys are top 5 of all time. I'll gladly support them again in future.

Being a recent transplant from somewhere else, and a big mile BMW rider, I gave these guys a call to have a tire mounted.

Imagine my shock when the guy who answered to phone said, "No, we don't do that unless you buy from us."

What?? He went on to say it was a "liability thing." I'd be more inclined to call it a "Price Gouging thing." Never anywhere in the US have I been refused this kind of service, so I was speechless.

I will mount my own tires, and do my shopping for BMW accessories, clothes, and a new motorcycle at a dealer who appreciates my business

My experience with BMWOR, Tigard, has been great. I've been using them for service, gear, and advice for several years. I'm usually on a tight schedule and they are always able to get what I need done quickly. Everything from simple service, install of my Ohlin shocks, and a few diagnose & fix. I have to wait for all my services, since I don't live anywhere near by, and I find their waiting area comfortable.

They also have a good selection of gear/equipment and a good knowledge of options that might work as well or better for what you are trying to do.

Lacking a legitimate BMW motorcycle dealer in Portland, many in the community had high hopes when BMWOR opened up here. Alas, reviews have been mixed. I'm reasonably happy with the staff and the mix of gear that they sell (the BMW clothing is very high quality and well priced for what it is). Parts have been hit and miss, they tend to understock and when you really really need a brake pad now it just doesn't do to have to wait two weeks to order one, not in an era of internet sales.
