More than 18,000 took the exam and he finished second. He also finished top 10 in the dental exam. Once he finished dental school, Dr. Pezeshkian began compulsory military service.

Crown lengthening is usually performed in order to prepare the tooth/teeth for restorative or cosmetic procedures. In addition, crown lengthening procedures can also be used to correct a "gummy" smile. Crown lengthening exposes more of the tooth by reshaping bone and gum tissue. Crown lengthening is a versatile and common procedure that has many benefits.
Ridge Augmentation or ridge modification is an effective procedure for treating deformities in the upper and lower jaws. These deformities can occur as a result of periodontal disease, trauma, injury, wearing dentures, or developmental problems. Such defects can leave insufficient bone for the placement of dental implants and an additional unattractive indentation in the jaw line adjacent to the missing teeth.
A dental implant is essentially an artificial tooth root which is attached to the jaw bone. Eventually, a replacement tooth or bridge will be firmly fixed to this tooth. The key to a successful and long-lasting implant is the quality and quantity of jawbone to which the implant will be attached. If bone has been lost due to injury or periodontal disease, a sinus augmentation can raise the sinus floor to allow for new bone formation.

Everyone in the office was amazingly kind and thorough. I felt well cared for and informed every step of the way (because tooth extractions and implants are a process, so I really got to experience the full service here). There were regular appointments that were always conducted efficiently, professionally, and with some humor. I’ve always been terrified of dentistry in general (and this was the middle of the pandemic, so the pre-visit terror level was times ten), but they put me at ease right away and made every visit pleasant, including the tooth extraction one. I definitely left with a smile
