Universal Taxi

Mom and I waited two hours for a cab to pick us up from Walmart yesterday and the cab never came at all. This company is very unprofessional. We're never relying on this company again.

Work here right now and it's nice because they set me up with a daily route that has me bringing home over 600 dollars a week and that's not even including the cash I make day to day.

Grateful for the service,but my husband waiting over 2 hours for a ride. Kinda not good. People were kind and it did help alot to not have to miss work.

I need to speak to a manager ASAP concerning a ride that happened this morning. I have already filed complaints with Chicago 311, the BBB, and I am considering legal action.
Chicago: As well all know getting a car via Uber, Lyft, or a standard taxi service is very difficult going to O'hare in the early morning. Today, I called Universal Taxi Dispatch at 3 AM due to a cancelled scheduled Uber (x3). The dispatcher ( Daniel) at Universal Taxi Dispatch assured it would be no longer than 25 minutes for a pickup. Think that they should really get more credit. You only get the people that had a bad time in a cab. You never get the people reviewing that had a pleasant one. They really take consideration into getting there customers on time and being as professional as possible. The other transportation companies should take some notes. This place does it right...
