I stopped using this taxi service a few weeks ago because I was treated rudely by the owner for not answering my cell phone when he called me. Pardon me. Ever so sorry. I am hearing impaired so therefore I cannot hear the phone ring. People don't need to be bashed for not being able to hear. Unprofessional company.

I called this "company" 5 minutes ago to request a taxi. The "gentleman" who answered the phone was very gruff and immediately barked at me, "Where are you?!" I informed him which hotel I was at (an extended stay hotel in Villa Park) and he immediately hung up on me. I can't believe that someone who depends on others to sustain his business still has a business! However, with an attitude like that, I am sure that he won't last long, especially not in Oak Brook or Lombard.

One of the drivers hez an old guy is rude. Today it was raining and he had the window down and i got wet. He picked me up in the winter as well and the cab was freezing since he once again had the window down. The rest of the drivers are great but every time hes the one to pick me up its a bad experience

The worse service ever!!!!!!! Different situations , they over charge, bad attitude and always late!!!! ALWAYS!!!!!! I asked to talk to the owner and nobody wanted to give me his name or any information, I use this company for a while and I always was nice with the drivers and today as always the driver was late and when I try to call them to complain the person that answered the phone did not want to give me his name or any information, he excused himself with saying that he did not had the time for that , that he was having personal problems using bad words at me, I definitely looking forward

This is the first time I used Rivera's Taxi, and it met all my desires. It was for a local trip, and some companies stand you up on local trips. I needed to go from my house to a site a little over 8 miles away and then call the company to get a ride back after I was finished there. They were prompt in both situations, coming when they had promised, and each driver was very nice and helpful (I have a broken leg). I will call on the again!

Very friendly and affordable service. it was about a month before when I had to catch a flight. Called and hired airport taxi in Bensenville in advance. I was amazed with their prompt confirmation call and arrival at my home on-time. It was quite a hassle free move to the airport. Amazing and unforgettable drive.
